Cancellation requests received on or before 15th August 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund excluding GST. No refund requests will be entertained after 15th August 2026.
The Secretariat reserves the right to review and approve all cancellation requests, including the applicable refund amount.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the conclusion of the conference.
